PROBUS, (A.D. 276-282), billon antoninianus, Rome Mint (4.82 grams), obv. radiate cuirassed bust of Probus to left with sceptre, around IMP PROB VS AVG, rev. around ROMAE AETER, Roma seated facing in temple of six columns, in exergue R crescent E, (cf.S.3365, RIC 186). Silvered, extremely fine and scarce.
