PAMPHYLIA, Aspendos, (370-330 B.C.), silver stater, (10.91 grams), obv. two naked athletes as wrestlers grasping each other by the hands, between them ivy leaf, rev. slinger advancing to right about to discharge his sling, trisceles over eagle before, behind ESTFEDIIV[S], all within dotted square, (cf.S.5398, SNG Cop. 206). Extremely fine and a rare variety.
