GERMANY, collection of Not-geld from Cologne (Stat Koln), Germany, 1921-1923 all (except 1) are signed by the Oberburgermeister (mayor) Konrad Adenaur (later post WWII Chancellor of West Germany), 10-50 Pf. notes (7), other larger notes from 2,000 marks to 100,000,000,000 marks (24). Fine - extremely fine, a few scarce. (31)
