CHARLES I, (1625-1649), double crown, Group C, third bust, Tower mint, m.m. plumes on both sides, issued 1630-1631, small crowned bust of king to left with ruff and heavier armour, reverse with crowned oval shaped shield, C R at sides, (N.2166, S.2698). Weakness in reverse, otherwise good fine.
