MICHAEL VII, (1071-1078), gold histamenon nomisma (scyphate), Constantinople mint, obv. Christ bust facing wearing nimbus, in hand the Gospels, rev. Michael VII, wearing loros and crown and holding labarum and cross on globe, (S.1868, DOC 2a). Large flan and good extremely fine.
