CALABRIA, Tarentum, (272-235 B.C.), silver stater, (6.39 grams), obv. naked horseman with lance galloping to r. carrying shield and two javelins, rev. Taras riding dolphin to l., holding trident, behind nymph's head facing to l., (Vl. 877, Evans viii, D1, S.375). Off centre on reverse, otherwise good very fine.
