SYRIA, Seleucid kingdom of Antiochus I, (280-261 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (15.50 grams), Seleucia on Tigris mint, obv. head of Antiochus I to r., with diademed, rev. Apollo seated to l., on omphalos, (Newell ESM 157, BMC 17, cf.S.6866). Nearly fine.
