EGYPT, Alexandria, Nero (A.D. 54-68), silver tetradrachm, obv. Nero radiate head to left, rev. galley to r., under sail, (SNG Cop. 130, BMC 177, S.634). Fine and rare.
The type provides one of the best examples of an ancient galley under sail on ancient coinage.
