GERMANICUS, (d.A.D. 19), Ae as, Rome mint, issued A.D. 50-54, struck under Claudius, obv. Bare head of Germanicus to r., around GERMANICVS CAESAR TI AVG F DIVI AVG N, rev. SC around, TI CLAVDIVS CAESAR AVG GERM P M TR C P IMP PP, (RIC 106, BMC 218, cf.S.601). Even brown patina, very fine and rare in this condition.
