CARAUSIUS, (A.D. 287-293), antoninianus, Clausentum mint, obv. radiate bust to r., around IMP C M AVM CARAVSIVS AVG, rev. PAX AVG, S to l., P to r., C in exergue, Pax stg. to l., (RIC --, cf.S.3568). Even green patina, with a strong portrait and sharp legends, good very fine and apparently unpublished.
The obverse legend is unpublished in RIC. The legend on this coin being unusually clear.
