MICHAEL II, (A.D. 820-829), Syracuse mint, small flan follis, obv. Michael and Theophilus busts facing, partial legend around, rev. M, theta below, (S.1652, D.O. 21). Corrosion on reverse, off centre on obverse, otherwise nearly very fine and scarce.
