AWADH, Asaf-ud-Daula (A.H. 1189-1212, A.D. 1775-1797), in name of Shah Alam II, (A.H. 1173-1221, A.D. 1759-1806), Najibabad mint, large copper paisa with stylized dagger, obverse A.H. date 1197 (1782-3), with regal year 25; another 1212 (1797-8) RY [3]9; small copper paisa, year 1198 (1783-4) (regal year 23); 1201 (1786-7), regal year [2]9; 121X, regal year 41 (2); 1212 (1797-8), regal year 41; XXXX, regal year 42; 1214 (1799-1800), regal year 40; another undated, copper half paisa, 121X, regal year 45, all with vertical fish, (KM.110, 111, 112). Very fine and rare, first regal year variant, year 1201 and last date and regal year all unpublished. (11)
