ITALY, Campania, Neapolis, (340-240 B.C.), silver stater, (6.33 grams), obv. diademed head of Nymph to left wearing earring and necklace, rev. man-headed bull walking to right, crowned by Nike, below IS, in exergue NEOPOLIT[WN], (S.309; SNG ANS 397). Test marks on rim, scratched on obverse, otherwise very fine.
