VESPASIAN, (A.D. 69-79), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 69-71, obv. laureate head of Vespasian to right, around IMP CAESAR VESPASIANVS AVG, rev. Aequitas standing to left, holding scales and rod, around COS ITER TR POT, (cf.S.772, RIC 5, BMC 17). Good very fine with attractive dark tone.
