POLITICAL LABOUR COUNCIL OF VICTORIA, handcrafted fob in gold (15ct, 6.4gms, 40mm x 25mm), obverse, Australian Coat of Arms engraved within shield, motto LABOUR OMNIA VINCIT below, reverse inscribed 'Political Labour Council/ of Victoria/ Presented by/ W.O.C & W.D.C/ to/ Miss E. Mulcahy/ in recognition of services rendred/ as Hon Sec 1910'. '1770' has been graffittied at bottom of reverse, otherwise nearly extremely fine.
