ATTICA, Athens, (300-262 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (17.165 grams), obv. head of Athena to right wearing ivy crested helmet, rev. owl standing to right, head facing, in erect posture, olive twig and crescent behind, to right AQE, all in incuse square, (S.2547, Kraay (Coins of Ancient Athens) Pl. IV, 6, SNG Cop. 65). Miss-shapened flan of elongated form, cleaned and sharp extremely fine.
