EGYPT, Kingdom of, Ptolemy I, (323-283 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (13.94 grams), Alexandria mint, obv. diademed head of Ptolemy I to right, with aegis, behind ear D, rev. eagle to left with closed wings, standing on thunderbolt, in front P over monogram PAR, around BASILEWS [PTO]LEMAIOU, (S.7762, Sv. 255, SNG Cop. 70-1). With punch marks (Bankers marks), otherwise good fine.
