CLAUDIUS, (A.D. 41-54), AE quadrans (2), Rome mint, issued Jan-Dec 41, obv. three leg modius, another with hand left holding pair of scales, above PNR, both same obverse around TI CLAVDIVS CAESAR AVG, rev. both PON M TR P IMP COS DES IT, around SC in field, (RIC 84, 85; S.640, cf.641). Some weakness of slightly off centre affecting some letters, otherwise fine or better. (2)
