DOMITIAN, (A.D. 81-96), issue struck at Rome as Caesar in A.D.73, AE as, obv. CAESAR AVG F DOMITIAN COS II, head laureate to right, rev. S C, Spes advancing to left, holding flower and skirt, (cf.S.888, cf.RIC 699 [obv. head to l.]). Attractive even brown patina, good very fine, unpublished with bust to right, very rare.
