CEYLON, (Sri Lanka), Anonymous Coinage, gold aka (mas) or gold eighth stater, 10-11th century A.D., obv. king standing holding sun symbol in left hand, other symbols in field, rev. conch and inscription with legend 'Daraka', (Codrington Plate III, 67). Very fine, scarce.
