CELTIC BRITAIN, Uninscribed Coinage, Iceni, Norfolk Wolf type, (c.65-45 B.C.), gold stater, (5.81 grams), obv. Celticized abstracted head of Apollo right, laurel wreaths upwards, rev. crude wolf to left, pellet below wolf, (S.28A, Van A. 610-2 and noted as extremely rare). Very fine and rare.
