CONSTANTIUS II (A.D. 337-361), solidus, Antioch mint, issued 337-347, obv. laureate draped and cuirassed bust of Constantius II to right, around CONSTAN TIVS AVG, rev. Victory seated to right on cuirass, behind it a shield, on her left knee she supports a shield inscribed VOT XXX, before her stands a small winged genius supporting the shield with both hands, VICTORIA AVGVSTORVM around, (RIC 17 noted R4 and only reported specimen in Florange and Ciani sale 25/10/1923 lot 127, S.-). Good very fine and very rare.
