MACEDON, kingdom of Philip III, (323-317 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (16.79 grams), 'Babylon mint', obv. head of Herakles to right wearing lion skin, rev. Zeus seated to left on throne to left with eagle in outstretched hand, to left M and LU under throne, to right FILIPPOU, below BASILEWS, (cf.S.6748, Price P181, Muller P99, SNG Cop 1074). Very fine.
