THESSALY, Larissa, drachm, (400-350 B.C.), (6.07 grams), obv. facing head three-quarter to right, of nymph Larissa, rev. horse grazing to right, (cf.S.2124, [our coin of finest style], Lorber, head type 20, (No.57), coin 57.1, this coin, illustrated p.280). Slightly off centre on the obverse and short on flan on the reverse, witha golden tone on the obverse, extremely fine and rare.
