IONIA, Ephesos, early 5th century B.C., silver drachm, (3.55 grams), obv. bee with tendrils, volute in upper fields, rev. quadripartite incuse square, (SNG Von Aulock 1826, cf.S.3517). Off centred, very irregular flan, otherwise very fine and rare.
