EGYPT, Kingdom of, Ptolemy II, (285-246 B.C.), AE 28, Alexandria mint, obv. diademed head of Zeus Ammon to right, rev. eagle to left with open wings, standing on thunderbolt, in front shield with countermark of trident to right, another Ptolemy VI, (180-145 B.C.), AE 28, Alexandria mint, obv. Female head (Isis) to right, rev. as before with PA monogram before eagle, (S.7779, 7903, Sv. 581, 1384). Second very fine/fine other poor countermark fine. (2)
