EGYPT, Kingdom of, Ptolemy V, (205-180 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (14.20 grams), Alexandria mint, obv. diademed head of Ptolemy I to right, wearing aegis, with dotted border, rev. eagle to left with closed wings, standing on a thunderbolt, to left around PTOLEMAIOU BASILEWS, (S.7856, Sv.1231, BMC 9 [p.100]). Toned, nearly extremely fine and rare in this condition.
