QUEEN'S SOUTH AFRICAN MEDAL 1899, two bars; Caape colony; Relief of Ladysmith. Tpr.W. Bevan S.A. Lt Horse. Impressed. Slight scratches on obverse otherwise very fine. $ Together with: attestation papers showing recipient as a native of Warwick Qld; extract from 'Australians in the Boer War'. Recipient was captured and imprisoned as a P.O.W.
