COUNTY OF BENDIGO AGRICULTURAL AND HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY IN GOLD (23 X 28MM) BY ALTMANN, reverse inscribed 'Corporal H.J. Read/1st Prize/Lime Cutting/Military Tournament/1885' obverse inscribed '22 carat'. Extremely fine and very rare an unusual instance of a military tournament being held at the agricultural show.
