THE ROYAL HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY, Banksian medal, in bronze (38mm) by W.Wyon (faint traces) (BHM.1041 var; Eimer 138 var) reverse inscribed 'Jersey/to/MrPonds/for a group of varigated zonales/1879'. Hairline die break along truncation to rim, bronzed choclate brown patina, red uncirculated and rare use of the original obverse die.
