RUSSIA, Peter I, bronze medal, 44mm, issued 1696, by IBG, commemorating the capture of Azov, 'By Lightning and Waves the Victor', obv. Peter I to left head facing, rev. view of the bombardment of Azov by Russian artillery. With interesting die crack on the reverse, extremely fine and rare.
