SICILY, Syracuse, period of Timoleon, (344-336 B.C.), AE 27, (20.526 grams), obv. head of Zeus Eleutherios laureate to left, around traces of **IEUS ELEUQERIOS*, rev. free horse prancing to left, **[SURAKOSIWN]*, (S.1191, BMC 311-312, SNG ANS 533-541, Weber 1651). Green patina, nearly very fine and very scarce.
