MACEDON, Kingdom of Philip II, (359-336 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (14.238 grams), Amphipolis IV mint, issued c. 315/4-295/4 B.C., obv. head of Zeus laureate to right, dotted border, rev. naked youth or small man (Philip II), on horseback to right, **L* over torch below, and **HG* monogram below right, above **FILIP POU*, (cf.S.6683, Le Rider Group IV, [p.125, Pl.47, 17]). Attractive round, good very fine and very rare.
