HENRY VII, (1485-1509), Sovereign coinage, silver penny, York mint, Archbishop Rotherham's coinage, type IIc, no mm., keys on both sides of the shield with trefoil stops, issued 1495-1500, single pillar to throne, (S.2236, N.1728, SCBI 23, No. 708). Toned, good very fine, scarce.

Ex Studio Coins, London, List 6, No.753 (October 1990) and previously from Lingford and Raymond Carlyon-Britton Collections.
