CHARLES I, (1625-1649), Tower Mint, silver shilling, Group 4-4, mm triangle, Briot style bust, pointed beard, square top shield, issued 1639-1640, (S.2793, N.2231). Blue and gold tone, about as struck, very fine and scarce variety.
