PELOPONNESOS, Sicyonia, Sicyon, (issued late 330's B.C.), silver stater, (11.876 grams), obv. Chimaera walking to left, **SE* below, wreath above, rev. dove flying to left, I before, all within wreath, (cf.S.2763, BCD 219 [LHS 96], BMC 56 (p.40), cf.SNG Cop.48, SNG Delepierre 1944). Lightly toned, very fine and rare.
