HADRIAN, (A.D. 117-138), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 122, (3.274 grams), obv. laureate head of Hadrian to right, drapery on right shoulder, around IMP CAESAR TRAIAN HADRIANVS AVG, rev. around P M TR P COS III, galley to right with rowers and mast, (cf.S.3529, RIC 112, RSC 1173a). Toned, very fine and rare.
