JULIA DOMNA, wife of Septimius Severus, (A.D. 193-217), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued 214, (3.082 grams), obv. draped bust to right of Julia Domna, around IVLIA PIA FELIX AVG, rev. Diana standing to left, holding flaming torch in both hands, around DIANA LVCIFERA, (S.7100, RIC 373A [Caracalla], RSC 32). Broad flan, nearly extremely fine.

In the Reka Devnia hoard there were 3409 examples of Julia Domna, 210 were of this type.
