P M TR P III COS P P around, Gordian standing to left, sacrificing over altar, (cf.S.2449, RIC 69, RSC 226); another similar, (4.876 grams), obv. similar IMP CAES GORDIANVS PIVS AVG, rev. AEQVITAS AVG, Aequitas standing left, holding scales and cornucopiae, (S.2428, RICV 51, RSC 22). Both toned, good very fine or better. (2)
