EGYPT, Kingdom of, Ptolemy IX Soter and Cleopatra III, (116-107 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, Alexandria mint, struck year 10 = 108-107 B.C., (13.278 grams), obv. head of Ptolemy to right with aegis, rev. eagle to left on thunderbolt with closed wings, to left LI, to right **PA*, around **BASILEWS [PTOLE]MAIOU**, (cf.S.7921, Sv.1671, SNG Cop.356-7, Pitchfork 103, BMC 63). Good very fine and very scarce.
