ZENO I, (A.D. 474-491), gold tremissis, Constantinople mint, (1.41 grams), obv. Zeno diademed and draped bust to right, around DN ZENO PERP AVC, rev. Victory advancing to right, head turned, in right hand holding cross on orb, in right field a star, around VICTORIA AVGVSTORVM, in exergue CONOB, (S.4387, RIC 914). Light surface scratches, has been bent and straightened, otherwise nearly very fine.
