ANTONINUS PIUS, posthumous issue under Marcus Aurelius, (A.D. 138-161), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued 161, (3.202 grams), obv. DIVVS ANTONINVS, bare head to right, rev. CONSECRATIO, pyramidal crematorium of four storeys with garlanded base, door on the second level, (S.5193, BMC 57, RIC 436, RSC 164). Extremely fine and rare.
