Together with original Indian Posts and Telegraphs Department Telegram from Govsec Bihar to Mr Robert Henry Smith, Sergeant Major of Police, Patna, dated 8 Jul 1944, congratulating him on his well deserved award of the Indian Police Medal for Distinguished Service.
