NEW ZEALAND, store notes for George Court & Sons Limited, halfcrown No.31544, ten shillings No.41808 and one pound No.21462, c. late 1940's to early 1950's. Uncirculated and rare. (3)
George Court & Sons Ltd., (Aucklands leading uptown store) was situated in Karangahape Road. The building still exists but the store closed many years ago. All notes have common back but differ in colour. included in lot is a small detailed description.
