BACTRIA, Kingdom of, Antimachos I, (174-165 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (16.97 grams), obv. draped bust of Antimachos to right wearing kausia, all within dotted border, rev. Poseidon standing facing holding trident and palm, to left **ANTIMACOU* and to right **DIF* monogram and **BASILEWS QEOU*, (S.7542 [£900], SNG ANS 274-5, Bopearachchi Series 1A, MIG 124f). Extremely fine or better in high relief, scarce.
