MADRAS PRESIDENCY, in the name of Muhammad Shah (A.H.1131-1161, A.D.1719-1748), silver rupee, impressed with the mint name Chinapatan (trace only) and known as the "Madras rupee", with privy mark of star, Regnal Year 6 (1724-5), (cf.Pr. 130, KM. -). Very fine and unpublished date, very rare.
