BANK OF NEW ZEALAND, uniform issue, ten shillings, specimen uniface colour trial, Wellington, not dated, no number with 1/2 pound and 10 shillings in each corner, inscribed in ink "is this ok for colours before final printing", also written in ink "lighten colours" (Robb.D.811; L.465; P.S231). Punched "specimen" across centre of note, large tear at top and triangular notches in each edge, otherwise very fine and rare as a specimen.
