LG: 25Apr1941, p.2342, commendation for brave conduct in civil defence, "Grace Dora Johnstone, Sister in Charge of Massage and Electrical Treatment Department, Queen Mary's Hospital, London" Together with original OHMS posted medal box to Miss G.D. Johnstone, 52 Lower Sloan Sq, London, SW1., copy of the London Gazette of 25 April 1941, and a family account of the circumstances of the award.
