CONSTANTIUS II, (A.D. 337-361), silver siliqua, issued 336-7 Rome mint, (2.974 grams), obv. laureate head to right of Constantius II looking upwards, rev. CONST/ ANT.IVS/ AVG, all within wreath, ANT in exergue, (cf.S.3994 [£400], RIC 34 [R4 for type], C.-). Flan crack, several minor obverse scratches, otherwise nearly extremely fine and extremely rare.
