N.S.W. Amateur Wrestling Championship medal, in silver (39mm) featuring two wrestlers in a ring on the obverse and on the reverse is a laurel wreath. Reverse inscription "Welter /Weight / 2nd / J. Kenny / 1937." The entire front design is hand engraved. In case of issue by William Kerr, Goldsmith & Silversmith, 542 & 544 George St, Sydney. Extremely fine and rare.

Together with a trophy being a bronze statue of a wrestler atop a stand with an engraved plaque that reads "N.S.W. / Amateur Wrestling / Championship / 1938 / Welter Weight / Won by / J. Kenny." Also included is an embroidered N.S.W. Rugby Union badge to Sydney Y.M.C.A. Rugby Football Club 3rd Grade Premiers 1929 as well as four N.S.W. Amateur Boxing and Wrestling Championships programmes for 1937 - 1939, three sports related scrap books for the 1930's and a cardboard poster for the N.S.W. Amateur Boxing & Wrestling Championships 1938 at the Sydney Stadium at Rushcutter's Bay.
